Who is TOURMED? |

 We
are an organization who have a thorough understanding of the Travel, Healthcare
and Insurance environment in Southern Africa (being South Africa,
Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya,
Malawi, Uganda and Mozambique). Over the past years, our staff have researched
and studied the problems and difficulties experienced by visitors to the
Region with regards to emergency medical provision.
The Company is headed by Les Arlow who was also a founder member of Africa Group Corporation, a leading financial services company. As a previous Principal Officer of an established medical aid company and having 26 years experience in the insurance and risk underwriting, he has played a valuable role in the past years in the development of TOURMED. Presently, our staff consult to a number of organizations in the Region with regards to healthcare matters. Further, our extensive understanding and relationship with all the different types of medical service providers has allowed us to develop and integrate advanced systems and administration procedures that has assisted in enhancing healthcare provision in the Region. TOURMED is committed to providing its Partner Agents with the products, services and backup that would enhance their business. We aim to ensure that any client who travels to Southern Africa are able to do so with the peace of mind that they have the best medical cover available should an emergency arise. |
