Q: If I change my mind after purchasing SA TOURMED, is it refundable?

75% of the premium paid is refundable, simply follow the instructions in the policy conditions in this regard.

Q: What paperwork should I take for SA TOURMED when I travel?

You will need a copy of your passport, your policy certificate which you are able to print from the SA TOURMED website whenever you need. Also take along any documentation that may relate to your health at present or to any medication that you may currently be taking.
