Premium Provision

Payment of Premiums. If a payment is not honored by the bank or credit card drawn upon, the Insurance is deemed to not have been purchased and cannot come into effect.

Cancellation of Policy and Refunds. Provided that no claims have been initiated, You may cancel this Policy at any time by giving Us notice in writing 15 days prior to Your intended date of departure and TOURMED will refund Your premium less an admin charge of 25%. We may cancel this Policy by sending You notice in writing 15 days prior to Your intended date of departure to Your last known address. If the Policy is cancelled prior to the termination date, We will refund a pro-rata portion of the premium subject to no claims being registered against the Policy.
