Medical Evacuation Benefit

Emergency Medical Evacuation, Repatriation or Transport to Medical Centre

If during an Insured Journey an Insured Person suffers an Illness or Injury covered under TOURMED, Section 1A (Medical Expenses) that necessitates emergency air, land or water transportation:

1. to another location to obtain necessary medical treatment; or
2. repatriation to Country of Residence; then

TOURMED will pay for the cost of the required service including the necessary accompanying medical staff.

All Benefits are subject to TOURMED’S normal Limitations, Conditions and Eligibility.
